1 – Opt-out Procedure

  1. When the user creates a new message the cursor sits at the start of line one.
  2. On line 2 is displayed ” To opt-out reply STOP”
  3. When a customer Replies STOP he will not receive any more scheduled messages.
  4. The Customer receives a confirmation message when they Opt-out.
  5. The confirmation message says “You will not receive any more messages. If you want to resubscribe just message the Keyword again.

2 Add New Message

After the user clicks the tick icon to save the changes to the autoresponder a confirmation message appears. It says:

“After this message is saved, you can click the move icon on the top
of the message box to change its position in the list”

(Underneath this paragraph is the image showing where the icon is)

At the bottom of the confirmation window is[  ] Do not show this message again. And an”OK” button below this line.

3 The first message can not be deleted…

The first message can NOT be deleted it can only be edited.

The trash can should be greyed out on the first message.

The down/up arrow icon referred to in paragraph 5 should NOT be visible on the first message.

4 Confirmation window to confirm deletion of a message

When the user clicks the trash can to delete a message, a confirmation window appears asking “Are you sure you want to delete this message?”
At the bottom of the confirmation window is[  ] Do not show this message again.

“Cancel” “Yes”

The “[  ]  Don’t show this message check box” is above the “Cancel” “Yes” buttons.

5 Change message order

Place a new icon on the top of the new message bar that allows the user to click and reposition the message.

When the user clicks the down/up arrow icon a confirmation message appears with radio buttons.

Move this new message
() to the end of the message list
() before message 2
() before message 3
() before message 4

The buttons below are “Cancel” “Ok”

1300 The Alert Message On/Off Button

PLEASE NOTE: The alert message on/off button should be set to OFF by default when the user creates a new autoresponder.

When the user saves the message, the “Save this Autoresponder without an alert message” will not appear.

If the user clicks to save a new message and he sets the alert button to on and there is no content in the alert message box or there are no numbers set to send the alert message to,  The alert button is automatically set to off. (No confirmation message appears)

If there is content in the alert message section the warning “Save this Autoresponder without an alert message” appears.

How to set up an alert message using Telegram.

  1. The user creates a telegram group and creates an activation link to the group which he sends to recipients for the alert message.
  2. When the user sets up an alert message he clicks on the + icon. The user then types in the telegram group he wants to send alerts to.
  3. If the user can set up one or more telegram groups that will receive alerts for any particular autoresponder.
