Kudo Text Autoresponder Platform
That can be used on Android, Apple or Desktop Computer.
1000 Introduction
The Application will be web-based and there will also be an app that allows the user to download and run the platform features on Android or IOS.
- A User can open an account in the platform.
- A User can set up multiple sms autoresponders with multiple scheduled messages.
- A User can send and receive sms text through their mobile phone number or can set up an account within the app to open a Twilio account and send and recieve through Twilio.
- To send and recieve sms messages through the users mobile phone the user will download our app on their mobile phone and register it to their platform account and use google push – send and recieve sms from the web based platform through their mobile phone. The registration of the app must be seemeless and very simple. Possibly scanning a qr code from their account.
- The user can also send and recieve with all the features through whatsapp.

- Additional features on my web platform will be the scheduling and autoresponder section. The logic of the scheduling menu is outlined in a mind map. To see my mindmap download and install freemind sofware: download freemind here

- My menu logic file shows how the scheduling for the messages is set. The sms scheduling is very much like setting a google appointment with repeat features.
- The schedule menu starts with one drop down visible. This dropdown has three options Send on Date/Time, Send next, send after. Each section of the scheduling menu opens up with different options depending on what has been selected on the previous menu section. This needs to be added into the platform for all text messages in all campaigns.
The App will allow the user to:
- Create Autoresponder Lists and add multiple text messages.
- Create Scheduling for each text message
- Create Keywords that can be included in outgoing messages or other marketing materials.
- Create multiple actions for each keyword reply.
When a Client replies by text with a keyword and is joined to a Campaign multiple actions can be created:
- Add the Client’s mobile to a particular autoresponder List.
- Unsubscribe the Client’s mobile from other autoresponder lists or all autoresponder lists they may be subscribed to.
- Send a text and/or email message to other lists or individuals
2010 Our platform text sending
The user can send text messages through twilio and also is able to download our app and register it to their user account, and using google push can send text messages through their mobile phone. The set up of registration of the andriod app to the clients account must be seemless and easy to do.
2020 Inserting message or a URL link into a Message Field
When the user clicks to insert a message into a message field or a url link into a message field a modal window opens where the user can search sort a list then click to insert the item into the message field.
2050 Autoresponder lists
A user can be in multiple autoresponder lists.
3010 New Autoresponder
The user can click New Autoresponder and they enter
- Autoresponder Name
- Select a time zone for the Autoresponder
- Enter a new keyword for the Autoresponder
- The user can select to send the Autoresponder text messages through their mobile phone number or select a virtual number that they have leased through us from Twilio.
3020 New Autoresponder Action “Select Action”
The user can set Multiple Actions when a client responds with a keyword.
The Unsubscribe menu item should say “Unsubscribe from all Autoresponders”
3020 New Autoresponder Action “Add to Autoresponder”
PLEASE NOTE: The term Add to Group will be “Add to Autoresponder” on our platform.
The user can Set to add the client to one or more specified Autoresponders.
3030 New Ausotresponder Action “Remove from Autoresponder”
PLEASE NOTE: The term Remove from Group will be “Remove from Autoresponder” on our platform.
The user can Set to remove the client from one or more specified Autoresponder.
PLEASE NOTE: Multiple keywords can be set to trigger adding the client to a Autoresponder.
3040 New Autoresponder Action “Send Email Alert”
The user can Set an alert message that will be sent to multiple emails.
The user can insert a message template, and/or tags and/or URL Links into the message.
The tags that are inserted will be the fields of the new client which will just be the mobile if is replying by keyword in a test message. If he has filled out a trigger form then all of the tag fields can be included in the alerts.
This message can also be set to be sent immediately or scheduled to be sent seconds, minutes, hours, or days after the Autoresponder is activated.
3050 New Autoresponder Action “Send text Alert”
The user can Set an SMS message that will be sent to multiple mobile numbers.
The user can insert a message template, and/or tags and/or URL Links into the message.
The tags that are inserted will be the fields of the new client which will just be the mobile if is replying by keyword in a test message. If he has filled out a trigger form then all of the tag fields can be included in the alerts.
This message can also be set to be sent immediately or scheduled to be sent seconds, minutes, hours or days after the campaign is activated.

5010 Auoresponder List
NOTE: The graphics below refer to Sequences however inn our platform, they will be refered to as Autoresponders.
After a New Autoresponder is created it is visible in the Autoresponder list
Every Autoresponder has a unique keyword. clients are added to a campaign by texting in the keyword or submitting a Form.
An Autoresponder can contain one or multiple SMS messages and each of these messages can be scheduled to be sent at different time intervals – each message can be set to repeat send as well.
The user of the platform can click the buttons to the right of each message to duplicate an Autoresponder or delete it.
Once an autoresponder has been duplicated the user can edit it and save as a new Autoresponder.
Messages within an Autoresponder can contain one or multiple keywords and when the user responds with one of those keywords he can be added to or deleted from specific Autoresponders. Each Autoresponder has its own unique keyword.
5020 Copy Autoresponder
NOTE: The images refer to Sequences But in our platform they will be refered to as Autoresponders.
When the user copys an autoresponder he will rename it and assign a new keyword for it.
He can alse set multiple actions for it as described above. Once it is saved the New autoresponder along with all its emails will be saved and placed in the autoresponder list.
The user can then edit and/or delete emails from that autoresponder.
5030 Autoresponder Templates
To create a new autoresponder the user can start by duplicating an autoresponder from “My autoresponders” list or the list (our admin will add to) called “autoresponder Templates”
The user then edits the autoresponder , adds a new keyword, and saves it renamed as a new autoresponder. This is the easiest way to create a new autoresponder.
If the user simply wants just one message to be sent to a client who sends in a keyword. The user Creates an autoresponder and adds just one message to that autoresponder.
The user can set multiple actions to any autoresponder .
7010 Autoresponder List – My Autoresponders
This is a list of autoresponders. The list is called My autoresponders.
The column indicated the number of messages in each autoresponder and the number of Active recipients in each autoresponder.
7020 Autoresponder Open – Displaying the messages in that Autoresponder
This autoresponder named ABC is opened. It has 6 messages which can be opened and new messages can be appended to the autoresponder or inserted into the list of messages.
When the user adds a new message to the autoresponder it is automatically sorted in the list in the order that the messages are scheduled for sending.

9010 Message Input field
Our message input field has an insert drop down menu.

Our message input field has an insert drop down menu which allows the user to insert:
- A template from the messages template list.
- A tag – The user can insert feilds from the client database.
- A Link – Links that the user created can be added to the Links List. These can be links of videos, trigger forms, other web pages
- Attach a file – The file will be uploaded to our server and a link generated and placed in the message.
9030 Message Input field Options Open
Our message input field has an insert button + which allows the user to insert:
- Message Templates
- Tags (mailmerge codes for customer database fields)
- Insert links (When the user adds a new link to a message they are asked if they want to save
the new link to their links file. The links data will contain Three fields the link URL, A Description
and the date the link was added.) - The user can attach a image to the text as well.

Messages can be scheduled to go out at specific times.
