Kudo Text Autoresponder Platform

Introduction

The App will allow the user to:

  1. Create Scheduling for each SMS message
  2. The user can send and recieve text messages through twilio or though mobile phones he has registered to his platform account.
  3. Create Keywords that can be included in outgoing messages.
  4. Create multiple actions for each keyword reply.

When a Client replies by SMS with a keyword the following can be set to occur:

Actions can be set to:

  1. Add the client to one or more group/s.
  2. Delete the client from specific group/s.
  3. Send an alert message to specific group/s.
    The user can set up groups containing his office staff and set specific alert messages to be sent to them by email and/or SMS

The Application will be web-based and there will be skins that allow the user to download an app to run it on Android or IOS.

  1. The application will have all the features as Text Magic but with these additional features.
  2. The user can send and recieve SMS messages through mobile phones.
  3. To do this the user will download our app and register it to their account on the platform.

  5. The user can also install out app on other mobiles and register them to his accont in our platform.

The user can send and receive SMS through their mobile phone number or can set up an account within the app to open a Twilio account.

2010 Action”Send Email Alert” (Addional feature to Text Magic)

The user can Set an alert message that will be sent to group/s by SMs or Email.

The user can insert a message template, and/or tags and/or URL Links into the message –  in the same manner as the insert works for other text messages in teh platform.

All messages can be set to go out immediately or schedules to go out at a particular date/time OR Time period after the action is activated.
The time period could be [  ] minutes/hours/days after the action is activated

The user can set to send and recieve and autorespond on their mobile to SMS, Whatsapp, Whats App Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram

The Admin will be able to set and edit users of the app and edit and change charges. The pricing for use on the app will be done in the same manner as the app in the previous link.
Where the user can pay different amounts for different features e.g. number of keywords and time period for the licence. The licence can be set to autorenew. If the user turns off the autorenew the app will remind them to renew to keep using the app.

When the user clicks Insert URL a new window will open up (Like Insert Templates Window) and the user can search, sort, edit or add URL’s to this list.
The URL’s list can be accessed form the side menu on the left.

The user can also insert another keyword into a message. When he clicks this a new window opens containing the keywords where the user can search,sort, modify,or add a new keyword.
